Patriot Estates is an active adult community that is located at the corners of Bull Valley Road and Crystal Lake Road in McHenry, Illinois. The community features two neighborhoods consisting of 101 single family homes, and 100 adjoined homes in two unit buildings. Within each neighborhood there are several ranch-style floor plans.

Maintenance fees at Patriot Estates are very reasonable. In the Residences you can choose to do your own lawn care and snow removal or have it provided by the builder.

Cunat Builders has the ability to offer the homebuyer the opportunity to customize their home to fit their particular needs, desires and lifestyles. They offer a complete selection of cabinets, counter tops, plumbing, lighting fixtures, flooring, appliances, and interior and exterior finishings. If you wish to add a room, screen porch, or basement, with Cunat Builders, nothing is impossible. An ample landscaping package is included in all Cunat homes.

All public utilities, roads, swewer, water, etc are installed and will be transferred to the City of McHenry, which will upon transfer be responsible for their maintenance. Several residences in each of the communities have been built and are occupied by their new owners.
