The Neighborhoods of Patriot Estates is an active adult community that will be located at the corners of Bull Valley Road and Crystal Lake Road in McHenry, Illinois. The community will feature three neighborhoods consisting of 101 single family homes, 100 adjoined homes in two unit buildings, and 204 town homes in four unit buildings. Within each neighborhood there will be several ranch-style floor plans.

Scattered throughout the community will be numerous amenities - such as a 1.6 mile walking trail, a perennial garden, putting greens, chipping greens, and croquet and bocce courts.

Homeowners will have the opportunity to visit our state of the art design center, located off site, to make their color selections and/or to choose the upgrades that will turn our house into their home. Upgrades range from flooring options to light fixtures, from trim packages to cabinet selections, from tile to counter tops and more.
